It’s not uncommon for folks here at SRC to wear more than one hat. That’s not to say that we all have a million jobs to do, rather, we believe in teamwork and pitching in to get the important things done. And a lot of the people that work here have professional journeys of similar diversity. One individual that exemplifies both of those traits is Gabe Husted, Safety and HR Specialist at our Phoenix Division. In this post we’ll learn more about who Gabe is, the work he does, and how he came to work for SRC.

Our manufacturing talent comes from all over the map and from a wide range of industries. One of our best examples of both of those dynamics is Danny Lorentzen, Master Scheduler at SRC’s Phoenix Division. So far, our Spotlight on Super series at our Phoenix division has featured employees who have spent 10, 15, even 30 years with the company. For this installment, we’ll take a look at a Super employee on the other end of that spectrum – newly hired Quality Manager, Crystal Smith, who has been making a splash since her hiring in February of 2022.

At Super Radiator Coils’ Phoenix Division, you’d be hard pressed to find an employee with a longer tenure than Press Lead Calvin Johnson. SRC Phoenix customers and employees alike have benefitted from Calvin’s hard work for nearly 30 years, and his consistent reliability has been a boon to the Phoenix division.

As part of our Spotlight on Super series, we recently sat down with Calvin to learn more about who he is, his life experience, his outlook on work, and what he’s learned during his 29 years at SRC.

Super Radiator’s Phoenix division is our youngest operation, having been in operation since 1992. The Phoenix branch has grown over the years thanks to a committed team of pros that never met a challenge they didn’t like. One great example of someone who represents that attitude is Juan Gonzalez, who currently serves as Production Manager for SRC Phoenix, prior to which he held multiple welding roles.

As part of our Spotlight on Super series, we recently sat down with Juan to learn more about who he is, his life experience, his outlook on work, and what he’s learned in his 13 years at SRC.

If you asked employees at SRC’s Richmond Division the question “who best exemplifies what it means to be Super?” You’d probably get a whole lot “Jason Sea.” Jason’s a 20+ year employee who’s held roles ranging from machine operator to quality inspector to COVID-19 safety team lead.

Jason’s story and his journey at Super Radiator are great examples of our culture and the opportunities that exist here. In this employee spotlight, we’ll learn more about who Jason is, what he does, and what he’s learned from more than 20 years of working at Super Radiator Coils.
