Reactor Containment Cooling Coils

This coil design is used in the nuclear power industry and is certified under ASME N, Class 2. The product is manufactured with copper-nickel tubes and copper plate fins. The pipe headers are made from stainless steel and are braced for vibration.

This heat exchanger is certified under the ASME U Section VIII, Div 1 Code program. It is constructed of solder-coated copper fin tube and includes a water box removable cover box for ease of cleaning and access.

Turbine Inlet Cooling/Heating Coils

Turbine inlet Cooling and Heating Coils are a vital contributor to turbine performance. This project featured coils 400" in length with copper tubes, aluminum fin, and stainless steel headers with E-coat applied after fabrication. The product is certified under the ASME Section XIII U stamp program.

Fluidized Bed Dryers

Fluidized bed dryer heat exchangers feature a bare tube design because of the contaminated fluid stream and airborne particulates. The construction of this heat exchanger features 1" carbon steel tube with 0.134" wall thickness. A rigid frame reinforced with angle iron provides structural integrity. This product is certified under the ASME Section VIII, Div 1 Code.

Plume abatement coils are used in power facilities that are close to large population centers. They encounter contaminated airstreams given their location to exhaust air. These coils are made from 7/8" 316 stainless steel tube with .083" wall. The structural components are also made of 316 stainless steel.
