Heat Pump Coils

In heat pump systems, coils perform the functions of both an evaporator coil and a condenser coil depending on if the system is in heating mode or cooling mode.

Popular because of their versatility and efficiency, the viability and adoption of heat pump systems have become more widespread. While still very popular for residential and commercial applications, heat pumps can also be employed for industrial uses and lower-temperature applications.

Condenser Coil for Commercial Heat Pump Unit

This 36" x 80" condenser coil was designed and built with standard aluminum fins an copper tubing to maximize performance and reduce cost. It features 6 rows of 5mm copper tubing with fin spacing of 12 per inch. The coil's top and bottom casings are removable per customer request.

Evaporator Coil for Commercial Heat Pump Unit

These evaporator coils were built using 3/8" OD copper tubes and corrugated aluminum fins. They featured heat shrink material on the distributor leads for added protection from denting and other damage. Due to their length, three intermediate plates were included for structural support.
