Job Description

We are seeking dependable, hard-working, individuals to join our manufacturing team.  This is a clean and climate controlled environment.  We operate at a fast pace. We have open positions in a number of positions including material handling, assembly, copper brazing, and packaging.

This is a full-time position. We currently have openings on first shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) and second shift (2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)

Compensation

Pay Rate:  $15 -$18/hour, depending on experience, plus OT
Full benefit package including vacation, medical, 401k, and tuition assistance

Qualifications (Required)

  • Work history demonstrating success in a production environment

Equipment Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a hard-working and mechanically minded people to join our production team.  Equipment operators set-up and run our metal forming equipment.  These machines use high precision custom tooling for heat exchanger manufacturing.  We operate in a fast paced environment with frequent change overs.


This is a full-time position. We currently have openings on first shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) and second shift (2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)

Compensation

Pay Rate:  $17 - $19/hour, depending on experience
Full benefit package including vacation, medical, 401k, and tuition assistance

Specific Responsibilities

  • Operate metal working equipment to consistently and efficiently to produce quality parts 
  • Use blueprints and router information to set-up tooling and machines
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks
  • As an active team member in the area, participate in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and tooling life

Qualifications

  • Successful experience working with mechanical equipment
  • Proven mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to use measuring devices (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
  • Ability to do addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in both fractions and decimals
  • Team player interested in improving the overall performance of the equipment and the team
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Maintenance Technician (AZ)

Job Description

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 12 p.m.to 8:30p.m.

Compensation

Pay Rate:$20-$25/hour, depending on experience

Essential Function

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Required Education & Experience

  • High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience; with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some Electrical and PLC experience.

CNC Operator

Job Description

Programming, setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine to produce parts is the responsibility of a CNC operator. S/he confers with programmers to implement particular plans so that a large variety of parts can be manufactured to meet the demands of work orders provided him.

As part of their job, CNC operators oversee machines to make sure that proper shapes are cut from metal and plastic. They are required to be able to read blueprints effectively and follow instructions properly so that specified shapes can be made. It is one of the prime duties of a CNC operator to follow the production line from beginning to the end so as to assure both quality and quantity. They are also responsible for ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly used and maintained in a befitting manner. As professionals in using CNC machines, CNC operators make sure that any malfunctions during the process are handled carefully.

This is a full-time position. We currently have openings on first shift (5:00 a.m. –1:30 p.m.) and second shift (1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)

Compensation

  • Wage Negotiable based on Experience $18 to $24 HR.
  • Full benefit package including vacation, medical, 401k, and tuition assistance.
  • Employment is based on Background Check and Drug Test.
  • This is a night Shift Job trainee on days and then move to nights.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Fanuc control experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to setup a machine and run the job with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math and computing knowledge
  • Knowledge of general safety procedures
  • Knowledge of G,D & T
  • Ability to meet production requirements as specified
  • Read and interpret blueprints to comprehend work orders
  • Plan machining activities keeping in mind the work orders and engineering plans
  • Refer to specifications, orthographic drawings and reference planes to understand the project effectively
  • Work with geometric dimensions and tolerances to plan machining activities
  • Check stocks inventory to ensure appropriate stock is available to start a machining project
  • Anticipate needed stock and order low supplies
  • Enter instructions and program mills and lathes including reference points to ensure smooth running of the machine
  • Safely load and unload castings and raw materials into the machinery
  • Meet tolerance environments of the machine by setting gauges and measuring instruments appropriately
  • Perform preventative and regular maintenance on machines, equipment and tools used in all processes
  • Follow the machining process from the very beginning to the end to ensure quality of parts
  • Isolate any piece that may not conform to the standards of the work order
  • Troubleshoot machining problems during processes to ensure efficacy of procedure
  • Ensure that all CNC machines are lubricated properly before each processes initiation
  • Create appropriate labor and time reports by following instructions provided by superiors
  • Shape, sharpen and adjust machining tools so that required print tolerance can be achieved
  • Provide tooling and fixturing improvement solutions as needed during each machining procedure
  • Complete all reports and other paperwork associated with machining projects in process
