Jon R. Holt is Chairman and Principal Owner of Super Radiator Coils. Prior to ownership of Super Radiator Coils, Mr. Holt was Vice-President of Manufacturing for Lighting Systems Division of Sterner Lighting Systems, Inc and Executive Vice President and General Manager of Devac, Inc,. Mr. Holt earned his BSE-Industrial Engineering '68 from University of Michigan and Master's from Purdue University Krannert School of Administration in 1971. In 2002, he received the Alumni Society Distinguished Service Award from the University of Michigan-College of Engineering.
Rob joined Super Radiator Coils in 2001. He was made Vice President of Chaska Division 2002, President of Company in 2006, and placed into his current role as President/CEO in 2011. Prior to SRC, Rob worked as an Associate in a leading Investment Banking M&A firm, in Engineering Management for a small sheet-metal manufacturer, and in Production Management for an Aerospace/Defense company. Rob holds a BSE-Industrial Operations Engineering '96 and MBA '01 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Kari Mellina has over two decades of industry knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, supply chain management and process improvement systems at Super Radiator Coils. She has held numerous leadership roles at the company including Materials Manager, Product Manager and Director of Materials, Systems and Administration. Kari currently serves as SRC's Executive Vice President and CFO. Kari holds a BSE in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor '99 and an MBA from The College of William and Mary '04.
Jim has led the Minnesota Division of Super Radiator Coils since 2006. He began his career at Super as a Sales/Application Engineer in 1987. He has held manufacturing management roles and started the Phoenix Division in 1993. Jim earned his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and his MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Matt has led the Richmond Division of Super Radiator since 2011, but his experience with the company runs much deeper. In the mid-late 90s, he held a series of roles at Super Radiator in engineering, manufacturing and general management. Matt took a ten year break from the company before returning to Super Radiator. He holds a BSE-Industrial Operations Engineering from University of Michigan and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Tyler has led the Phoenix Division of Super Radiator Coils since 2020. He joined the SRC team as a Sales Application Engineer after earning his BSME from the University of Minnesota - Duluth. Tyler went on to earn his MBA from the Carlson School of Management - University of Minnesota. Prior to his current role, Tyler held the position of Manufacturing Manager within the Chaska Division.
