Jon-Holt

Jon Holt, Chairman & Principal Owner
Chaska, MN

Jon R. Holt is Chairman and Principal Owner of Super Radiator Coils. Prior to ownership of Super Radiator Coils, Mr. Holt was Vice-President of Manufacturing for Lighting Systems Division of Sterner Lighting Systems, Inc and Executive Vice President and General Manager of Devac, Inc,. Mr. Holt earned his BSE-Industrial Engineering '68 from University of Michigan and Master's from Purdue University Krannert School of Administration in 1971.  In 2002, he received the Alumni Society Distinguished Service Award from the University of Michigan-College of Engineering.

Rob Holt, President & CEO
Chaska, MN

Rob joined Super Radiator Coils in 2001. He was made Vice President of SRC's Chaska Division in 2002, President/COO of Company in 2006, and placed into his current role as President/CEO in 2011. Prior to SRC, Rob worked as an Associate in a leading Investment Banking M&A firm, in Engineering Management for a small sheet-metal manufacturer, and in Production Management for an Aerospace/Defense company. Rob holds a BSE-Industrial Operations Engineering '96 and MBA '01 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. 

Kari-Mellina

Kari Mellina, Executive VP & CFO
Richmond, VA

Kari Mellina has over two decades of industry knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, supply chain management and process improvement systems at Super Radiator Coils. She has held numerous leadership roles at the company including Materials Manager, Product Manager and Director of Materials, Systems and Administration. Kari currently serves as SRC's Executive Vice President and CFO. Kari holds a BSE in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor '99 and an MBA from The College of William and Mary '04. 

Jim-DeWitt

Jim DeWitt, Vice President
Chaska, MN

Jim has led the Minnesota Division of Super Radiator Coils since 2006.   He began his career at Super as a Sales/Application Engineer in 1987.  He has held manufacturing management roles and started the Phoenix Division in 1993.  Jim earned his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and his MBA from the University of Minnesota.  

Matt-Holland

Matt Holland, Vice President 
Richmond, VA 

Matt has led the Richmond Division of Super Radiator since 2011, but his experience with the company runs much deeper. In the mid-late 90s, he held a series of roles at Super Radiator in engineering, manufacturing and general management. Matt took a ten year break from the company before returning to Super Radiator. He holds a BSE-Industrial Operations Engineering from University of Michigan and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. 

Tyler (for Web)

Tyler Johnson, Vice President 
Phoenix, AZ

Tyler has led the Phoenix Division of Super Radiator Coils since 2020.  He joined the SRC team as a Sales Application Engineer after earning his BSME from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.  Tyler went on to earn his MBA from the Carlson School of Management - University of Minnesota.  Prior to his current role, Tyler held the position of Manufacturing Manager within the Chaska Division.

Jared Silverman, Chief Legal Officer
Richmond, VA

Jared Silverman serves as Chief Legal Officer of SRC and is based out of its Richmond, VA facility. A 1993 graduate of the University of Michigan, Jared then received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1996. Jared’s career spans more than 25 years, having most recently served as SVP & Associate General Counsel of a global, fintech company prior to joining SRC. Jared oversees all legal matters, including transactional negotiations, corporate and partnership matters, employee & labor relations, real estate matters, municipal affairs, and benefits compliance, among others. He also chairs SRC’s Community Engagement Committee.

Tony Lein, Executive Director of IT
Chaska, MN

Tony Lein is SRC’s Executive Director of IT and is based in our Chaska Division. He & his team oversee all network, hardware, security, & programming efforts across the company. Tony started his career in 1999 as a drafter for an HVAC outfit before joining SRC as an Application Programmer in 2005. After receiving his B.S. in software engineering from ITT Tech in 2009, Tony served SRC in multiple IT-related roles, including Sr. Application Programmer & Programming Supervisor before being promoted to Executive Director of IT in 2019.

Jian Yu, Ph.D., VP of Research & Development
Richmond, VA

Dr. Yu is a lifelong academic and R&D professional with 35+ years of heat transfer experience who currently serves as SRC’s VP of R&D. Prior to joining SRC in 2007, Jian enjoyed a long career in academia, serving in professor and associate professor roles at universities in Japan, China, & the US. He oversees all R&D efforts at SRC, centering around our wind tunnel and tube-side heat transfer test labs. His heat transfer coefficient formulas are renowned in the industry and his research on the performance of new refrigerants is among the industry’s most comprehensive.
